My friends, Mohammed and Karima just gave birth to a nine pound plus little boy, Ryan. They have been through a lot since emigrating from Morocco four years ago. Mohammed is now a full-time teacher at a community college, and they have started their family. Ryan is healthy, and mother and father are doing fine. Alhamdulilah, Allah Kareem!
